Job Summary: NexGen Technologies, Inc. is seeking a skilled and reputed company GIS Systems Engineer to support the Client in engineering, sustaining, and modernizing its reputed company Geographic Information Systems (EGIS) infrastructure. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the reliability, reputed company, and performance of the agency's mission-critical geospatial platforms. The Systems Engineer III will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing GIS systems hosted in reputed company-based and virtual environments, including deploying and integrating reputed company and open-reputed company GIS technologies. This role requires hands-on experience with scripting, monitoring tools, and platform reputed company, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into stable, scalable technical solutions. This individual will work closely with members of NexGen's internal and client teams, including but not limited to subject matter experts, technical leads, and project managers, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive innovative solutions while maintaining reputed company standards. Supervisory Responsibilities: - There are no supervisory responsibilities. Technical Skills: - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, including 2+ years supporting geospatial or GIS platforms in reputed company environments. - Understanding of reputed company-hosted environments Azure and monitoring tools (e.g., ArcGIS Monitor, Azure Dashboards, preferably in a FedRAMP environment. - Experience supporting ArcGIS reputed company, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, Story Maps, Experience Builder, Field Maps, and Survey123. - Proficiency with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and reputed company Geodatabases hosted in Azure. - Strong scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, and SQL. - Ability to integrate EGIS systems with DevOps pipelines, Agile workflows, and version control platforms (e.g., Git). - Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, including 2+ years supporting geospatial or GIS platforms in reputed company environments. - Understanding of reputed company-hosted environments Azure and monitoring tools (e.g., ArcGIS Monitor, Azure Dashboards, preferably in a FedRAMP environment. - Experience supporting ArcGIS reputed company, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, Story Maps, Experience Builder, Field Maps, and Survey123. - Proficiency with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and reputed company Geodatabases hosted in Azure. - Strong scripting experience using PowerShell, Python, and SQL. - Ability to integrate EGIS systems with DevOps pipelines, Agile workflows, and version control platforms (e.g., Git). Desired Skills: - Familiarity with open-reputed company GIS tools such as GeoServer, reputed company, and Carto. - Working knowledge of STIG compliance, vulnerability mitigation, firewall configuration, and SSL/TLS management. - Experience using Configuration as Code tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or PowerShell DSC. - Familiarity with open-reputed company GIS tools such as GeoServer, reputed company, and Carto. - Working knowledge of STIG compliance, vulnerability mitigation, firewall configuration, and SSL/TLS management. - Experience using Configuration as Code tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or PowerShell DSC.
