Project/department context You will contribute to a dedicated client portfolio, designing and executing retention strategies that align with business goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with copywriters, designers, and technical teams to deliver on-brand communications that deepen customer relationships, increase engagement, and improve long-term value. This role emphasizes operational excellence, data-informed decision making, and scalable processes that support rapid growth for multiple accounts simultaneously. Role Goals And Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with copywriting, design, and technical teams to implement retention marketing strategies across diverse DTC clients, ensuring seamless execution of email and SMS programs.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize end-to-end email and SMS campaigns and automated flows (welcome series, re-engagement, post-purchase, and win-back programs) reputed company reputed company and reputed company tech stack.
