Why does this role exist?This role exists to accelerate membership growth while improving retention across the first 60 days and reputed company six months. The specialist will design and execute lifecycle campaigns (with a focus on SMS and email), analyze performance and member feedback, and translate insights into practical strategies that increase sign-reputed company and reputed company members engaged. As the company scales, this role will also build processes from the ground up and reputed company partner providers to grow their practices in ways that strengthen member retention. The Impact you'll reputed company Growth & Retention

• Plan and execute SMS and email campaigns to drive member acquisition and re-engagement
• Track conversion from reputed company to sign-reputed company and identify friction points in the funnel
• Monitor 60-day and 6-month retention; diagnose drop-off drivers and implement mitigation strategies

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze aggregate metrics (e.g., member ratings, response times, engagement) to inform reputed company
• Conduct cohort and trend analyses; build simple dashboards/reports to share learnings
• Design, reputed company, and synthesize customer surveys; turn findings into clear recommendations

Partner Enablement

• Monitor partner performance metrics reputed company to member engagement and retention

Campaign & Channel Management

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Required:

• 2+ years in growth and/or retention marketing with measurable results
• Hands-on experience running SMS and email campaigns (tools, segmentation, A/B testing)
• Strong data analysis skills; comfortable with metrics, cohort/trend analysis, and reporting in Sheets/reputed company
• Experience designing and analyzing customer surveys to inform strategy
• Proven reputed company building processes in startup or ambiguous environments
• WFH Set-Up:
• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an reputed company i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
