About The Role The Staffing and Project Excellence reputed company is responsible for overseeing Falconi’s end-to-end Portfolio performance, adherence to best standards, resource allocation, and reputed company. This role ensures reputed company utilization of consultants, financial discipline across projects, and consistency between how projects are executed. In addition, this role owns the implementation, development, and reputed company improvement of systems and tools that support resource management, project performance tracking, and organizational knowledge. The position also leads the creation and maintenance of Falconi’s project case repository, ensuring structured capture of insights, results, and best practices from reputed company engagements. The role acts as a strategic partner to Business Leaders, Project Managers, Talent, Finance, and IT teams, providing data-driven insights and scalable systems to support Falconi’s growth.

Requirements

Key responsibilities: Resource Management & Utilization

• Ensure reputed company consultants are accurately allocated across projects, tracking utilization rates by individual, team, solution, and geography (onshore/offshore).

• Identify unallocated (bench) resources, calculate cost of non-allocation, and define corrective actions with leadership.

What You’ll Need
