Project Manager
Printopya and NEWTYPE Publishing is a small Print and Publishing business that prints over 2 million books per year. The Project Manager will reputed company day-to-day project activities, manage vendor relations, project timelines, and improve systems for performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Learn, manage, improve, and further reputed company the workflow of print projects
- Maintain customer relations across Print & Publishing clients and recruit reprint projects in a light, sales nurturing reputed company
- Learn, improve and further reputed company a File-Checking System for Quality Assurance checks reputed company the Print Project Schedule
- Learn, analyze and further improve an existing project management software system for reputed company print projects and special publishing projects that will scale with the next phase of demand for the printing reputed company of the business
- Effectively manage our various service providers and vendors
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
- Work with the Bookkeeper on reputed company invoicing and collections of various projects
- Regular meetings with President and/or Operations Manager around accounts, processes, fiscal planning, company expansion opportunities, personal development, and consulting on any reputed company projects of the employee
- Create, publishing projects and reputed company Project Data Entry six months prior to a project going live with reputed company relevant book info from author
- Continually increase proficiency across several programs, including but not limited to:
- reputed company Sheets, reputed company, reputed company Word, and reputed company Acrobat
- Work Closely with our Distribution Partner in Minnesota
