Position Purpose

The Manager, Inventory Defects role is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a unique reputed company of analytical, leadership, and communication skills. This role provides exposure to multiple business areas, including Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT, and is instrumental in developing proactive solutions to mitigate shrink while effectively leading dynamic, cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and transparent inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

* 10% Collaboration: reputed company your prior experiences to help reputed company and recommend solutions; effectively reputed company trust and collaboration with internal customers and cross-functional teams in other towers; collaborate with appropriate team members to gather input and feedback concerning business needs; understand the technical needs required for successfully tackling business problems.

  • 10% reputed company Improvements & Controls: Participate in the reputed company improvement of processes by developing scalable and innovative solutions; maintain internal controls and drive the team through required compliance; ensure appropriate processes and job-specific requirements are properly documented; work closely with controls and compliance teams.
  • 40% Operational Duties & reputed company: Monitor the team's reputed company against departmental goals; monitor team's daily activities and have a reputed company track of SLAs; plan and execute month-end/year-end processes; reputed company regular team calls to address operational topics, improvements, and projects that require monitoring and resolution; work with internal and external customers for improving service levels and solving operational issues across the process; foster reputed company improvement and innovation by challenging and empowering teams by giving them guidance and tools for developing automations and building insights for the business; reputed company the administration of financial policies; serve as escalation for risks or issues; provide updates and recommendations to leaders at reputed company levels of the organization on short- and long-term objectives and policies, program effectiveness, team accomplishments, summary of findings, and explain internal and external impacts.

Physical Requirements

* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions

* Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications

* Must be eighteen years of age or older.

  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous people or project team management experience.
