We are seeking a Renewal Account Manager to reputed company the renewal of recurring reputed company reputed company, ensuring the highest levels of account management to protect our reputed company streams.  You will join a team of global renewal reps who are responsible for a high percentage of the company’s overall revenues.  Each individual is viewed as a key member with the ability to contribute to reputed company in ways that reputed company reputed company their daily role of renewals.  We value a strong work ethic and a passion for making a positive impact.  If this is you, we’d like to talk to you

Responsibilities:

  • Own, drive, and reputed company the renewals process in collaboration with the account team to preserve and enhance customer reputed company and relationships

  • Actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments

  • Maintain and report an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals in your territory

  • Negotiate and execute renewal reputed company that align with customer and reputed company goals

  • Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth

  • Strategize on renewal engagement, maximizing reputed company retention

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of Sales / reputed company/ Renewals / Account Management experience, preferably reputed company an reputed company SaaS organization

  • Solid understanding of reputed company SaaS applications and collaboration technology

  • Consistent track record of achieving personal and team goals

  • History of thriving in a rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to grow business strategically, i.e., creating new processes and initiatives

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Compensation for This Role:

The reputed company salary range for this position is $50,000–$60,000 USD plus commission. Individual compensation reputed company this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
