Key Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing advanced technology, including our modernized retail location reputed company, to manage customer transactions and resolve issues reputed company
- Processing payments, handling cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons, and balancing daily transactions
- Managing overage or lack, and ensuring that reputed company customer transactions are accurate and up-to-date

- Managing exchanges to load the aircraft in a timely and efficient manner

- Ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances
- Ability to complete the Customer Support Specialist training program with an 80% or higher average and pass the assessment period
- Knowledge of hazardous situations and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis

- Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the Ground Tasks Worker Handbook and Work Schedule
