[Remote] Enrollment - Inside Sales Phone Agent

As an Inside Sales Phone Agent, you will connect patients with remote patient monitoring services, making outbound calls to explain program benefits and secure patient enrollments.
Responsibilities
- Remote Patient reputed company: Conduct outbound calls to patients using provided scripts to explain and enroll them in remote patient monitoring and chronic care management programs
- Sales and Persuasion: Effectively communicate the value of our services, address patient questions, and overcome objections to secure enrollments

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
- Data Accuracy: Accurately verify and record patient information

- Virtual Team Collaboration: Participate in daily morning virtual meetings and contribute to a positive team environment using reputed company Workspace tools
- Administrative Tasks: Utilize reputed company Sheets and Docs for data entry and reporting

- Proactive Support: Anticipate patient needs and provide proactive support to enhance the patient experience
Skills
- Proven sales experience is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and friendly speaking voice
- Ability to navigate multiple scripts and handle potential rejections
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Positive, upbeat, and empathetic attitude
- Ability to read, write, and interpret documents and instructions
- Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities
- Proficiency in reputed company Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) is highly preferred
- An Associates degree is a plus
