Opportunity: The Applications Engineer will work with reputed company customers to shorten the sales cycle by overcoming technical hurdles reputed company these accounts. They will also work closely internally with product management and R&D to aid in software design. Helps R&D and Product Management understand customer use cases and application requirements. This position will require relationship building with customers and internal departments. Will be required to participate in the R&D agile process and interact reputed company Jira and other tools throughout the development life cycle. The Applications Engineer must be well versed in the technical and sales aspects of reputed company products. Communication of complicated technical material to customers on demand is a requirement. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the reputed company of new business and ensure growth of existing accounts through technical knowledge of the March products and subsequent reputed company-party product integration
• Communicate customer feedback into future product developments
• Assist sales account managers by answering technical questions, making technical presentations, and managing customer trials through phone, email, and on-site visits
• Evaluate and integrate 3rd party devices
• Install, configure and test our solution at customer's facilities during reputed company of Concepts
• reputed company with various customers at both a business and a technical level and propose viable solutions in reputed company time during customer meetings
• Provide technical training to end users and Certified Solution Providers
• Aid Product Management in writing Epics and Stories to clearly reputed company field requirements.
• Attend Bi-Weekly Scrum meetings with R&D as required to help clarify requirements and insure a MVP is delivered.
• Works closely with R&D and Product Management on overall product improvements and architecture.
• Drives product change by identifying technical deficiencies or work flow issues.

Qualifications:

• College or University Degree in a business or technical discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in networks and deployment of client/server software. Other skills desired are Azure, AWS, Active Directory, SAML, SSL/TLS, SQL, Linux and CCTV/video surveillance equipment.

· Understands the complexities of software development.

• Understands Agile processes
• Experience with large IT organizations and understands complexities of software and hardware deployments in major customers.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) skills in order to communicate effectively with various levels of personnel in an organization, including technical and executive
• Proven track record in providing customer satisfaction
• Understanding of how reputed company facets of a manufacturing organization operates
• Results-driven with demonstrated initiative and trust, firmness and reputed company
• Some project management experience
