[Remote] Customer Education Specialist - reputed company (US Remote)

They are seeking a Customer Education Specialist to instruct agency customers on the use of reputed company software products and services, including conducting training sessions and managing communication reputed company to training schedules.
Responsibilities
- Teaching and instructing agency customers/end users and staff on the use and operating methods of reputed company software products and services
- Conducting on-site and remote training for the Motorola reputed company software and the designated reputed company-party software
- Presenting training using a variety of classroom training methods, including lectures, flip charts, online projection, etc
- Completing department-required reports reputed company set standards
- Managing communication with customer contact(s) reputed company to the training schedule
- Coordinating customer (agency) information between trainers
- Operates under supervision from the Customer Education reputed company
- Relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines to reputed company the functions of the job
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience working with Motorola reputed company Product
- Must have a valid driver's license
- This position is subject to working in high reputed company areas governed by the US Department of Justice's 'Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) reputed company Policy' and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent reputed company background reputed company administered by reputed company Inc. customers
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary reputed company clearance as required by government contract
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
- Experience with Motorola reputed company Administration
