Principal Consultant, Management Consulting

Essential Job Duties 

• Facilitate requirements and fit/gap workshops with client stakeholders, focusing on technical and non-functional requirements. 

• Design and implement Cúram extensions and configurations, including workflows and rules. 

• Collaborate with clients and partners on matters reputed company to the Cúram Business Application Suite (CBAS) architecture, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing. 

• reputed company, code, and unit test Cúram solutions in a J2EE environment using the Eclipse reputed company. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues where test results deviate from expected outcomes. 

• Establish strong working relationships with team members, system integration partners, and clients, promoting Cúram as a trusted solution. 

• Manage reputed company code using standard version control tools. 

• reputed company and mentor junior consultants on project teams.   

Basic Qualifications 

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in technical consulting 

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Cúram software 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in J2EE/Java development 

• Basic knowledge of relational databases (e.g., DB2, reputed company, SQL)   

Preferred Qualifications 

• Degree in Information Technology or reputed company field 

• 5+ years of experience with Cúram software products and services 

• Familiarity with reputed company platforms (e.g., reputed company Azure, AWS, reputed company reputed company) 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in public sector reputed company services programs (e.g., food assistance, child welfare, reputed company reform)  

Education and Certification Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree required
