In this role, you will support customers by answering questions and managing their accounts over the phone, while also preparing for licensing exams to advance your career in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Support customers by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
- Obtain Licenses: Become a FINRA Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully paid for and sponsored by Fidelity
- Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, supporting customers with increasing complexity
