[Remote] Associate Service Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HCP Concierge is an emerging company focused on revolutionizing the pharmaceutical industry's approach to physician engagement. The Associate Service Specialist will travel to physicians' offices reputed company an assigned territory, providing pharmaceutical resources and building relationships with reputed company while adhering to a service-oriented selling model.

Responsibilities

• Understanding customer business objectives and supporting HCPs as their primary contact reputed company HCP Concierge
• Operate ethically and in accordance with the company’s process and policies at reputed company times
• Mastery of information; will undergo regular training that requires studying for and passing certifications, both written and verbal
• Manage territory calling on a range of HCPs in targeted physician offices
• Distribute and manage resources reputed company guidelines provided by management
• reputed company and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market and customers
• Manage territory as a business to reputed company call plans and customer satisfaction
• Establish and manage high quality customer relationships

Skills

• Degree preferred – Associates or Bachelors degree from accredited institution preferred
