[Remote] PFS Systems Specialist - Client, Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a PFS Systems Specialist - Client to create and maintain client billing processes for Patient Financial Services. The role involves technical support for client billing inquiries, system configuration, and collaboration with ancillary vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support in adherence to established processes for incoming inquiries and issues reputed company to client billing
• Research and resolve PFS client reputed company issues, with emphasis on root causes and reduction
• Configures new prices and other business rules
• Maintain PFS application support table configurations reputed company to client billing
• Performs analysis on the system software configuration to optimize and improve the processing system
• Makes recommendations for system enhancements and new features
• Assists with user acceptance testing and facilitating billing end-user testing of application releases to verify adherence to requirements
• Properly escalate unresolved inquiries to next level support in a timely manner
• Works productively and reputed company to reputed company company and departmental goals
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Knowledge of CPT codes, medical terminology, insurance plans, ICD 10 codes
• Must have ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with reputed company PFS Application configurations; XIFIN software
• 1-2+ year of experience in analytic, technical, and reporting experience with health care data
• Associates degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory preferred, especially genetic billing
• 2+ years of experience in reputed company aspects of the billing reputed company cycle a plus
