This person will be responsible for helping redevelop reputed company’s content experience, providing customers and internal teams with the information they need to be successful. Throughout your internship, you will be instrumental in building our customer help center. Our customer help center is currently being built from the ground up, and you’ll have the opportunity to be part of design reputed company and decide on which metrics for the content we’d like to track. What you'll work on:

• Writing content to help support customers
• Creating content solutions for our internal team
• Developing content briefs and outlines
