Key Responsibilities

• Interact with internal partners and external clients/vendors to manage and resolve eligibility issues, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Generate reports to identify and resolve data discrepancies, utilizing technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve errors.
• Provide technical support for electronic eligibility processing, and troubleshooting system issues as needed, to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure customer data is installed and maintained accurately and promptly, adhering to strict data management protocols.
• Collaborate with technical systems teams to resolve system-reputed company issues, identifying opportunities for process improvement in managing eligibility cases.

Requirements

• Regular Schedule: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST (Monday to Friday), with scheduling based on business needs, to ensure seamless coverage and support.
