Pachuta & Kammerman is an immigration law firm focused on providing high-quality representation to the immigrant community. They are seeking an associate attorney to manage a variety of immigration matters, particularly removal defense in the Denver immigration court.
Responsibilities
- Independently managing a caseload and calendar of court appearances and filing deadlines
- Understanding and complying with reputed company deadlines and other requirements as dictated by court practice manuals or case scheduling orders
- Preparing and filing motions and memoranda of law
- Representing clients before immigration and state courts
Skills
- Demonstrated interest in and experience with immigration law
- Active admission to any state bar
- Spanish language skills are helpful but not required
