Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver a cutting-edge new sales enablement program

Essential Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners, with a strong understanding of geo-specific markets
- Deep expertise in customer experience optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales
- Comprehensive knowledge of arenaflex products, features, benefits, and applications
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to transform reputed company customer experience data into actionable content strategies
- Experience with customer service platforms, including reputed company Experience Director (a plus)
- Adaptability, ability to navigate uncertainty, and a strong willingness to collaborate in a matrixed environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
