reputed company is a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm providing a global advantage in major regions. They are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance efforts, working closely with stakeholders and assisting in training and communication.
Responsibilities
- Support prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance efforts for projects seeking IRA credits
- Directly support and work hand in hand with the team’s PW&A manager communicating with stakeholders, supporting subtractors in efforts to eliminate non- compliance
- Support in the training of stakeholders to utilize our compliance program, respond to questions and direct to appropriate team members, and provide supporting assistance to project stakeholders
- Utilize your interpersonal communication skills to build and manage strong relationships with reputed company colleagues and our clients
- Assist team leaders by documenting and analyzing processes, internal controls, and workflow to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support project team in day-to-day service delivery
- Learn and grow from direct on-the-job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firmwide learning and development programs

Skills
- A Bachelor's degree reputed company business, finance, reputed company, supply chain, engineering, construction management OR experience in lieu of a degree accepted
- Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed reputed company Suite skills (Word, reputed company) required
- Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to reputed company learning in order to stay reputed company regarding applicable strategies, see the 'big picture' as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of duties
- Experience with construction industry or labor compliance helpful
