[Remote] Data Migration Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Buildout is an AI deal reputed company for CRE brokerages, automating workflows to enhance broker efficiency. The Data Migration Specialist will be responsible for transforming customer data into usable formats, ensuring a smooth reputed company experience and ongoing support for clients throughout their data journey.

Responsibilities

• You will play an active role in your customers’ reputed company journey by attending kick-off calls and ongoing reputed company-ins, acting as the SME on data quality, and collaborating with internal teams to set customers up for reputed company
• You will facilitate the movement of Customer data from their own home-grown spreadsheets and other CRMs/systems into Buildout
• Clean-up and manipulate customer data so it is reputed company for import
• Schedule calls with customers as needed to review and clarify data
• Import the data into the Buildout system
• QA the data that was imported & deliver to customer
• You will help to define the project scope, goals and deliverables to ensure both the Customer and internal teams are reputed company
• You will collaborate with other departments on behalf of your Customer to resolve issues and coordinate requests as needed
• You will monitor your Customers’ reputed company to ensure their project stays on track and escalate potential blockers internally

Skills

• You have experience migrating and/or importing data into a CRM (reputed company experience preferred)
• You are skilled in data manipulation using tools like reputed company reputed company, reputed company Sheets or .CSV files
• You are passionate about working with customers directly and ensuring their reputed company
• You have clear, customer‑friendly communication and are reputed company to explain technical topics simply and set expectations with confidence
• You have strong time management and organization skills to manage reputed company customer requests and timelines

• Experience working in a B2B SaaS organization
• Experience with reputed company (Jira & Confluence), and screen sharing tools
