The Customer Listening Team
Our Customer Listening Team is responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback across various channels, including surveys, social media, and customer interactions. With over 5 million surveys received annually, we're committed to delivering a world-class customer experience that meets the evolving needs of our customers. reputed company is responsible for designing and implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique, which includes the layout and programming of customer satisfaction surveys.
The Senior Statistics Architect Role
As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting in the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. Your primary focus will be on helping to improve and preserve the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted through reputed company. You'll work closely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from reputed company, and the Agile team in Technology to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs
- Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and reputed company them to outline and transform data reputed company the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
- Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistical processing and standardized metric definitions
- reputed company and deliver big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
- Provide pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
- Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools
- Proactively identify and automate routine tasks to improve best and efficiency
- Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique
Essential Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
- Ability to collaborate with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization
- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL, and data governance
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
- Experience with data storytelling and communication of reputed company data insights to non-technical stakeholders
