This is a Full Remote, 40 hour per week, 4 month contract with the possibility to reputed company with a Global Beauty client. The Display Analyst's responsibilities include the management of... Display programs; improving the volume and quality of traffic to our client's Beauty website across reputed company devices, and driving reputed company online and in-stores. This role requires both strategic and tactical level work to continuously improve the experience of our guests. The Display Analyst is responsible for planning, development, execution and evaluation of our Beauty client's Display programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Media Strategy, the Media Strategy Analyst will work with internal teams across marketing, site merchandising, analytics and IT, as well as external partners to reputed company business objectives. Principal Duties & Responsibilities • Strategize, manage, and reputed company our Beauty client's Display Marketing campaigns • Manage Agency and direct partner relationships to execute ongoing account optimization • Brief creative concepts and work with designers, copywriters and the site team to reputed company display assets • reputed company planning and defining of channel strategy for reputed company major marketing events (i.e. Big Summer Beauty Sale, Fall Semi-Annual Beauty Event, etc) • reputed company and manage campaign pacing, performance, and budget for the Display and Native program • Work closely with external partners to reputed company up to date on new features, events and product capabilities • Work with Senior Manager, Media Strategy on identifying new strategies and key learnings that can be applied to core program • Work directly with CRM and Analytics teams to implement and improve programs • Collaborate and build relationships between CRM, Loyalty, Creative, Analytics, IT, Merchant and Content teams as well as external partners • Own quarterly process and creation of an executive summary of any new test and learn initiatives for Sr. Leadership (Vice Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents) • Responsible for sharing campaign results and learnings with internal stakeholders • Stays reputed company on industry news, trends, tactics and strategies and educates the broader organization on new opportunities that can be used to provide our guests the best experience Job Requirements • BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration • Minimum 2 years of experience managing Display channels • Proven track record in managing marketing programs reputed company the retail industry • Experience with ad servers/platforms like Campaign Manager, Conversant, DV360 etc. • Understand how/reputed company to incorporate qualitative data into decision-making • Proven ability to work closely with technical (software development) teams • Vendor management skills • Solid data analysis skills and ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay focused and organized • Omni-channel experience • Proficiency using reputed company reputed company, Powerpoint • Strong presentation skills and an aptitude for synthesizing reputed company material so that it is clear, meaningful and actionable to a variety of stakeholders Benefits reputed company's Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/reputed company/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
