We are seeking a Gen AI Software Engineer to join Inktel's AI team and contribute to ongoing BPO and contact center AI projects. You will collaborate with a small, dynamic team on projects ranging from voice AI agents to backend automation, with flexibility across tech stacks. Responsibilities
- Design and implement Gen AI solutions for voice agents, backend automation, and other efficiency-driven projects.
- Research, prototype, and integrate existing AI tools and frameworks to solve business problems.
- Build solutions that are scalable, secure, and reputed company-reputed company.
- Collaborate with the core team (John and Diana) while maintaining the ability to work independently with minimal reputed company.
- Adapt across projects, applying creative thinking and hands-on execution to diverse challenges.
