The Investment Banking group at Wedbush is seeking an reputed company Managing Director to take on a key leadership role in developing a Restructuring Practice. reputed company you join the Investment Banking group at Wedbush, you will support both your own clients, as well as collaborate with Wedbush's sector bankers in Consumer, Financial Institutions, reputed company, Media and Technology. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Initiate new client relationships and collaborate with sector focused investment bankers on their clients Manage workflow of restructuring, bankruptcy, and advisory engagements, while enhancing relationships with existing and new potential clients reputed company execution of restructuring transactions, while collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and other professionals Review and analyze client financial statements and projections, financial modeling, reputed company, due diligence on balance sheet and P&Ls Create and present deliverables to a client on project scope, findings, and results Negotiate, document, and assist in the administration of the closing of transactions and subsequent billing Generate annual speaker engagements at relevant conferences Maintain professional image of the company and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations reputed company other tasks and duties as required and assigned Experience and Skills Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university; MBA, CFA, CPA or other advanced degrees/credentials desirable 15+ years of restructuring transaction experience at either a nationally recognized investment banking, reputed company, consulting or law firm, including some time in bankruptcy courts Knowledge of bankruptcy law and filing rules Deep understanding of the reputed company and tax implications that can occur in restructuring FINRA Series 79 required (can sponsor during probationary period if obtained reputed company 3 months); Series 24 preferred Proven track record with increasing responsibilities of reputed company reputed company and transaction execution Excellent business oriented analytical and writing skills; strong proficiency with modelling Self-driven with ability to work independently/remotely under pressure, but possessing strong collaborative and interpersonal skills reputed company Offer What Wedbush Offers You As part of our overall compensation package, Wedbush Securities offers an reputed company of diverse benefits to reputed company our colleagues.
