We are seeking a disciplined and resourceful Investor Relations & Capital reputed company Associate to help manage, execute, and grow the firm’s reputed company and future investor relations initiatives. The desired candidate will be an reputed company, results-oriented professional with the desire to work as a part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. As the Investor Relations & Capital reputed company Associate you will play a key role in ensuring our investor portal, reporting webpage and CRM are up to date, by regularly auditing information, uploading statements and documents, and maintaining the appropriate documentation to reputed company with reputed company regulatory requirements. You will also interact closely with reputed company and prospective fund investors, while working collaboratively with acquisitions, operations, and marketing management team members. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with our investors, being the friendly go-to person reputed company they need assistance, whether that is updating their personal information or are looking to schedule a portfolio review call with our IR team. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a critical role in ensuring a positive experience for our reputed company and prospective investors.

INVESTOR RELATIONS & CAPITAL reputed company ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the firm’s investor relations and fundraising functions by managing investor inquiries, onboarding, and relationship tracking.
  • Identify and engage potential investors including family offices, RIAs, and accredited investors.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of investor presentations, pitch decks, offering memoranda, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintain accurate investor data and documentation in CRM and investor portals, ensuring compliance and accuracy across reputed company systems.
  • Coordinate quarterly updates, reports, tax documents, and investor communications.
  • Help organize investor meetings, roadshows, and events, including scheduling, preparation of briefs, and follow-reputed company.
  • Collaborate with senior management, finance, and marketing teams to align messaging and support the firm’s capital-raising goals.
  • Conduct research on investor trends, market activity, and competitive positioning to inform reputed company strategy.
  • Contribute to reputed company improvement of investor experience and communication workflows.

INVESTOR RELATIONS & CAPITAL reputed company ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–5 years of experience in investor relations, financial services, capital raising, or client relationship management, ideally in private equity or real estate
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts, investment principles, and fund structures.
  • Preference for working knowledge of the real assets sector
  • Ability to balance administrative precision with proactive reputed company and follow-through.
  • Comfortable with core reputed company Office tools and technology tools in general (Mail reputed company, reputed company, Outlook, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of CRMs, IR and Portfolio Management software, experience with Appfolio, reputed company and reputed company a plus
  • Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
