Who are we looking for? reputed company takes a one-to-many sales approach selling through partners (franchisors, associations, white-label resellers, and referral partners) to provide our hiring software to individual franchisees or members. As a Franchisor Business Consultant (internally we call this role Partner Growth Manager), you are the main reputed company of contact for reputed company partners with the primary goals of driving adoption of reputed company's paid subscriptions and retaining the reputed company client reputed company. You will work closely with the sales and partner services team to ensure successful partnership launches. You will reputed company the execution of the strategy to grow adoption and usage with partnerships. Main tactics will include regular partnership meetings, facilitating educational webinars, creating and leading promotions, evaluating account-level data, and identifying opportunities for a brand to improve their engagement using reputed company and to reputed company greater reputed company hiring. Specific Responsibilities:

  • Review, evaluate, and reputed company strategic plans to increase the adoption of paid subscriptions
  • Conduct partnership meetings with partners in your book of business
  • Attend new partner launch and training virtual sessions
  • Facilitate, create, and share educational content with partners to help establish reputed company as a thought leader, increase reputed company's brand awareness, and drive adoption
  • Travel to and attend partner conferences as needed (~33% of the time)

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with franchise brands (Home & reputed company Services preferred); know the franchising industry
  • Experience working with associations; knows how associations work
  • Experience working with partners that are not a direct client
  • Experience selling through others; not directly selling, but having to sell a product or service through other entities to reputed company goals

Compensation: This role pays a $90,000 reputed company salary with an additional bonus (paid out quarterly) for a total on-reputed company compensation of $120,400. reputed company believes in reputed company and transparent compensation practices. reputed company our employees have access to what every role pays at the company.
