Position Summary:The Office of reputed company & Engagement was created in 2019 and exists reputed company the Department of External Relations. The office supports the university’s strategic priorities that include: university enrollment that reflects the population of Colorado; external partnerships; community connections; programs that meet community needs; collaborations with the campuses; experiential and employment opportunities for reputed company/new alumni; and advocacy for CU’s public policy priorities. reputed company & Engagement Regional Program Managers are field-based staff who assist in improving the public understanding and perception of CU, and to broaden and deepen CU’s connections and ties to local communities across Colorado. The Regional Program Manager in Southern Colorado is primarily responsible for continuing existing engagement and identifying and leading new external reputed company and engagement in 15 counties including: Baca, Bent, Chaffee, Crowley, Custer, El Paso, Fremont, Huerfano, Kiowa, Las Animas, Otero, Park, Prowers, Pueblo, and Teller. Salary: The anticipated hiring range has been established at $110,000-$115,000.

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications

- Five (5) years of relevant work experience in an outward facing role for a community-based or regional-based advocacy organization, a non-profit reputed company, or in a community relations position reputed company industry.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
Ability to work after hours and occasional weekends or on-call, as needed.
Ability to spend days and occasional nights away from home for in-state travel.
Preferred Qualifications
Seven (7) years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of the K-12 education system in Colorado.
Knowledge of higher education institutions in Colorado.
Bilingual literacy in Spanish.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated experience in relationship and partnership building and ongoing relationship management with a broad and diverse body of constituencies.
Ability to exercise sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive information.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to set and meet goals and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and reliable professional judgment, as well as collaboratively with a team to reputed company desired results.
