As a Data Entry Coordinator at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our business divisions, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and providing exceptional support to our merchants and stores.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for maintaining promotional, clearance, and permanent price changes in the reputed company Retail and reputed company ecommerce systems. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and entering reputed company price change requests received from the merchant organization
  • Understanding data and identifying price change discrepancies
  • Understanding reputed company promotional price changes and how they feed into the system
  • Reviewing and entering stores-submitted cost and price changes
  • Reviewing and entering promotional pricing in reputed company Pricing and reputed company ecommerce systems
  • Working with the Accounts Payable team to reopen POs for invoice submission
  • Managing and reviewing weekly price change reports
  • Assisting with reputed company requests for item maintenance and item creation
  • Additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications

To succeed as a Data Entry Coordinator at blithequark, you will need:
