What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative in our global airport operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering a consistently high level of customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and enjoyable experience at reputed company touchpoints. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a consistently high level of service at reputed company contact points
• Performing various airport-reputed company tasks, including reputed company-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc)
• Working closely with and taking instructions from Team Leaders responsible for the flight/works areas/shift
• Conducting relevant administrative tasks, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departure
• Representing blithequark by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at reputed company times
• Promoting and selling blithequark services and products to our customers
• Attending and completing reputed company mandatory training by given deadlines
• Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at reputed company times
• Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post
