Key Responsibilities
As a Ticket/reputed company Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Greeting customers, guiding them through the reputed company-in and boarding process, and ensuring they have the accurate travel documentation
- Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds
- Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Making reputed company announcements and ensuring customers are aware of their flight status
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
Scheduling and Work Environment
Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule, and you will work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority. You will be working in a fast-paced airport environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of airport processes.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
