Job Summary
As the Director of Architecture, Federal Projects, you will be responsible for leading our business development efforts in the federal market sector. You will reputed company and execute market sector strategies, identify key opportunities, and position the company effectively reputed company of RFQ/RFP releases. You will also manage a team of architects, provide guidance and support, and ensure the reputed company of our federal projects.
Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities with a focus on the federal/government market sector
- Stay informed on overall business trends, including the federal market's reputed company climate, and explore cross-marketing opportunities

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, design, business, or a reputed company field
- 12+ years of proven experience in business development reputed company the AEC industry, including managing or contributing to SF330 Federal proposal production
- Strong ability to present at conferences and author white papers
- Demonstrated reputed company in business development, sales, fee proposals, and building strong client relationships, with a track record of delivering reputed company federal projects
- Experience serving as a Project Manager or Client Leader
- Experience working with federal clients such as DoD, USACE, and NAVFAC
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and emotional intelligence skills
- Strong client service orientation, attention to detail, multitasking, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with MS Project and CRM/business development software is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in business administration, architecture, or a reputed company field
- PMP certification
