American Board of Opticianry Certification Optical Dispenser (Remote)

JOB DETAILS Position Mission We are seeking an American Board of Opticianry Certification Optical Dispenser to join our online eyewear platform. Your primary responsibility will be to verify customer prescriptions, ensure compliance with the United States optical health regulations, and provide professional reputed company for the dispensing of prescription glasses online.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate uploaded optical prescriptions submitted by customers (approx. 1.5 hours per day minimum of 3 days a week including weekends)
• Ensure reputed company prescriptions reputed company with United States health regulations and professional standards
• Assist in recommending lens types based on prescription, age, and customer needs
• Flag incomplete, expired, or questionable prescriptions and communicate with customer support

• Collaborate with the customer service and product teams to resolve prescription-reputed company queries

Qualifications

• Registered Optical Dispenser with the American Board of Opticianry Certification
• Bachelor of Optometry or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical optometry experience preferred
• Strong understanding of optical prescriptions, lens design, and measurement parameters
• Comfortable using digital tools, email, and reputed company-based systems
• Excellent attention to detail and professional communication skills
