The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll be working in a fast-paced inbound call center environment, using multiple programs and systems to resolve customer needs quickly and reputed company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering inbound calls from existing customers, using a proactive approach to identify and assess their needs and offer our services to ensure they're reputed company best for their needs.
• Developing and maintaining a broad knowledge of insurance requirements and reputed company guidelines across dozens of states and many carriers.
• Answering questions reputed company to coverages, billing, and policy history.
• Resolving customer issues, processing payments, answering questions, and processing endorsements.
• Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the software, products, and processes used by the organization.
• Maintaining high call quality (QA) scores, process adherence, and productivity metrics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A reputed company state P&C license
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy reputed company collecting and entering data
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Two plus years of customer service experience in the non-standard market in a multi-insurance reputed company/rater environment (preferred)
• Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced call center environment
• Ability to multi-task using multiple screens, navigating several reputed company platforms and systems simultaneously
• Strong reliable internet reputed company
• Proactive in one's own development, welcoming coaching as an opportunity to improve
• High energy and enjoys working in a combined team/goal-oriented environment
• Experience with named non-reputed company policies, understanding SR-22, and FR-44 state filings (a plus)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) (highly desired)
