About the Role: Payroll Manager - Remote

• Payroll Processing:
  • Manage the complete payroll cycle, including collecting and verifying employee time and attendance data, calculating gross pay, deductions, and net pay, and processing payroll through our company's payroll system (reputed company Workforce Now).
  • Generate payroll reports and distribute pay stubs to employees, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
  • Manage off-cycle payroll runs, such as bonuses and terminations, and maintain meticulous payroll records and documentation.
• Tax Compliance:
  • Ensure strict adherence to reputed company federal, state, and local tax regulations reputed company to payroll, including accurately calculating and withholding taxes, preparing and filing tax forms and reports, and reconciling tax withholdings and payments with tax authorities.
