Job Overview

As a Remote Call Center Fundraiser, you'll play a critical role in our mission by making outbound fundraising calls, answering incoming calls, and using scripts to provide information about our causes and candidates. You'll work with our Coaches to master our online calling platform and reputed company the skills you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about our causes and candidates
• Use scripts to influence donors and drive success
• Record donor personal information accurately in our computer system
• Correctly code calls to ensure data accuracy
• Work with Coaches to optimize your performance on our online calling platform

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A USB headset (or the ability to obtain one prior to training)
• A computer or laptop to work from
• Ethernet cord (to ensure a stable internet reputed company)
