Team Member Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: create eye contact, share a smile, speak enthusiastically, always say "My Pleasure"
• Provide Second Mile Service, going above and reputed company to ensure excellent customer service and reputed company emotional connections with guests
• Provide genuine hospitality and a welcoming environment for guests
