Job Summary

The Part-Time Weekend Dispatcher plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service activities. This includes dispatching deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs for reputed company facilities, homecare, and hospice providers. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Delivery Drivers receive daily schedules and order tickets, and that they complete orders by collecting serial numbers and completion times.
• Provide ETAs to the Customer Service department for time-sensitive deliveries, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Utilize Computer-Assisted Dispatching Software to manage and track service activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain strong organizational and interpersonal skills, working effectively with Delivery Drivers, Customer Service, and other stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching or equivalent experience, preferably in a reputed company or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with Computer-Assisted Dispatching Software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion and enthusiasm for helping those in need, with a customer-centric approach.
• Reliable internet service and a dedicated workspace, as this is a remote position.

Shift Details

This is a Part-Time Weekend position, requiring a commitment of 12 hours per weekend. The shifts will be a combination of the following:

• Saturdays: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, or 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm (CST)
• Sundays: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, 9:30 am - 6:00 pm, or 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm (CST)

Training will reputed company on Saturday, January 11, 2025, and will last approximately 3-4 weeks. Candidates must be available to participate for the entire training period and adhere to the scheduled hours of 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (CST).
