About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Software Development Engineer to join our GNC team, responsible for designing, developing, and operating the software that controls and navigates our satellite constellation. As a key member of this team, you'll work on developing reputed company-time, embedded software that flies the satellite, as well as ground-based applications that predict orbital state, monitor for potential collisions, and optimize maneuvers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity modeling and simulation software to support system development and testing

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• 3+ years of non-entry-level professional programming development experience
• 3+ years of experience in designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) new and existing systems
• Experience programming with at least one programming language (e.g., C++, Java, Python)
• 3+ years of experience with at least one of: embedded systems and flight, feedback control systems, or reputed company-time software
• Experience with design patterns, data structures, and test-driven development
• Knowledge of standard, full life-cycle software development practices, including coding standards, code reviews, reputed company control management, build processes, testing, and operations

Preferred Qualifications
