• Understand Building/Facility Design, Construction, and Contractor Management, as well as space and power management for colocation environments.

• Be responsible for drafting SOW Design and Engineering Drawing Sets to design areas that meet reputed company needs while maintaining flexibility for the future.
• Review proposals, costs, and submittals associated with the construction of colocation areas while maintaining technical relationships with colocation providers and contractors.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in software or project management.
• At least 5 years of experience in production infrastructure software management.

Preferred qualifications include:

• At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in the production of data centers or OSP fiber plants.
