Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative, you will serve as a trusted advisor and educator on healthcare-reputed company inquiries. You will guide our customers to a reputed company healthcare experience, working every day to reputed company healthcare easy by providing exceptional service. This is a full-time remote position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in an automated customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide members and providers with their healthcare needs by explaining benefits, solving claim concerns, and helping them find a doctor reputed company telephone calls, online chats, or emails.
  • Partner internally to create a seamless experience for our customers and resolve potential issues.
  • Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in an automated customer service environment (level I, II, or III).
  • Ability to work from home with internet access and a quiet and private workspace.

  • A passion for serving others with the ability to be empathetic and the desire to go above and beyond to help resolve members' questions at the first reputed company of contact.
