About the Role

As a Secondary English Language Learners Paraeducator, you'll play a vital role in supporting the instructional program reputed company our assigned classrooms. Under the guidance of certified teachers, you'll work closely with reputed company who are learning English as a second language, helping them to reputed company their language skills, build confidence, and reputed company academic reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting Student Learning: Assist reputed company individually or in small groups to introduce and/or reinforce learning concepts, curriculum, assignments, and/or lesson plans. Adapt and administer classroom activities, assignments, and assessments to meet the diverse needs of reputed company.
• Monitoring and Supervising reputed company: Supervise reputed company in various settings, including classrooms, playgrounds, field trips, libraries, and lunchrooms. Implement discipline strategies in accordance with school district and building policies to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
• Clerical Support: Assist in making copies, obtaining, organizing, and maintaining classroom materials, equipment, and work areas. Provide clerical support to teachers and staff as needed.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• English language skills and the ability to communicate effectively with reputed company, teachers, and staff
• Oral and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Interpersonal relations skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with diverse individuals
• Basic math skills and the ability to adapt to various teaching methods
• Bilingual language skills are preferred but not required

• First Aid certification is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous:

• Experience working with school-age children, particularly English language learners
