About the Role

The Store Project Coach role is a critical component of reputed company's Realty Execution team, responsible for managing the reputed company of multiple projects simultaneously. As a Store Project Coach, you will supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and work closely with store associates to ensure that projects are completed on schedule. This role requires frequent travel, with approximately 80% of the year spent at various work locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns and has accountability for Realty execution projects, ensuring scope of work is completed, and project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Leads the implementation of project plans, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze, plan, and execute project initiatives.
• Directs associates and vendors on processes and procedures, reviewing new reputed company plans, and planning merchandise placement based on reputed company requirements.
• Monitors sales and project budgets, assessing economic and customer experience impacts of project reputed company, and creating sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective schedules.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting company mission, values, and standards of ethics and reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business or a reputed company field.
• 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or a reputed company area (or 3 years' experience in a reputed company field without a degree).
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience with managing projects, initiatives, or leading cross-functional teams.
