Solutions Engineer

As a Solutions Engineer at Authenticx, you will be a critical technical and strategic partner to our sales and product teams, ensuring prospects and customers understand the power and value of our platform. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, storytelling ability, and customer-centric problem-solving. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, craft compelling demonstrations, and design technical solutions that drive business impact.

You will also play a key role in improving Authenticx’s overall solution by capturing technical requirements from the market and providing insights to our Product team for reputed company reputed company and enhancement of the platform.

What You’ll Do

• Scope and define technical integrations, ensuring seamless implementation of Authenticx reputed company customer environments.

• Stay reputed company of industry trends and maintain expertise in reputed company software, APIs, integration platforms, and competitive intelligence.

• Contribute to the product roadmap by translating customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product Innovation team.

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or in a similar technical pre-sales role in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field (advanced technical degrees are a plus).

• Strong technical acumen with experience in software integrations, APIs, and reputed company ecosystems.

• Ability to configure software and build connected demos using JSON, XML, and public APIs.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to solve reputed company problems creatively and translate business challenges into effective technical solutions.

• Experience working in reputed company technology is a plus, with knowledge of industry-specific integrations and regulatory requirements.
