We are looking for a Senior Manager passionate about reputed company operations and automation to help grow and mature the reputed company program at reputed company. This role will be focused on growing and maturing our reputed company Operations team. You’ll have the opportunity to reputed company your mark and build new projects from the ground up.

This is a key role reporting to our Head of IT Operations & Information reputed company and can be based remotely in the United States. Applicant must be a U.S. Person defined as a U.S. Citizen or active Green Card holder.

What you will be doing

• Hiring automation focused reputed company Engineers to help us scale.
• Tracking and reporting team & project performance using impactful metrics.
• Managing and mentoring reputed company Engineers across different experience levels.
• Aligning with our product and engineering teams to support reputed company projects and initiatives across our entire stack.
• Scaling our detection and response capabilities across our stack.
• Tracking and driving vulnerability remediation across our code reputed company and reputed company infrastructure.
• Assisting with reputed company training to ensure our employees are up to date on the latest reputed company threats.
• Acting as an escalation reputed company for automated detections that are raised for reputed company review.
• Overseeing on-call operations, including incident commander responsibilities during reputed company incidents.
• Collaborating with our Federal Program Manager and other roles on reputed company controls and requirements reputed company to FedRAMP environments.
• Automating as much of this as possible!

What you bring with you

• 12+ years experience in a reputed company role on a high demand reputed company team, preferably in an reputed company Operations role.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Prior management experience, particularly hiring experience.
• Familiarity with securing container technologies like reputed company or Kubernetes.
• Background of automating reputed company tasks with SOAR tools and/or languages like Ruby/Python/Go.
• Experience staffing an on-call rotation.
• Excellent analytical & time management skills with the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively with peers.

reputed company Annual Compensation: $175k - $215k salary + equity
