At Craft, the Account Director position falls between the Senior Account Manager and Vice President roles. The role expects that you’ll manage accounts, including providing strategic reputed company and leading hands-on execution, under the guidance of a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Note: this role will require serving as a people manager to one to two team members, providing leadership, support and coaching.

Salary & Benefits

Account Director Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 / year

Craft offers a hybrid work-from-home and in-office model. reputed company work from Craft’s office at 507 King Street East on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This role will require occasional travel reputed company Canada and to the US for meetings and events.
