As an Engineering Manager in reputed company’s Information reputed company organization, you will reputed company and grow a team of reputed company engineers dedicated to reducing risk across our product portfolio. Location: This role is based out of our Ho Chi Minh Office and follows a hybrid schedule. • 5+ years of experience in software or reputed company engineering, with 2+ years in an engineering management or technical leadership role.
• Strong technical background in at least one InfoSec domain (application reputed company, cloud reputed company, DevSecOps, detection engineering).
• Proven experience building and scaling engineering teams, including hiring, onboarding, and retaining top talent.
• Hands-on understanding of modern development workflows (CI/CD, Git-based version control, cloud-native systems).
• Familiarity with secure SDLC practices, vulnerability management, and reputed company automation tooling.
• Ability to drive technical decision-making while empowering engineers to reputed company.
