Technical Support Engineer

reputed company National reputed company Solutions (NSS) is seeking an reputed company individual with diverse experience in IT to act as a Technical Support Engineer to assist our IT support team at customer locations. This role will require up to 75% travel to DoD Installations in support of NSS equipment installations and maintenance while interacting with key stakeholders and access a secure network to troubleshoot as required.

Requirements

• General Linux experience
• Ability to obtain an active Secret reputed company Clearance
• Common Access Card holder
• Ability to access a U.S. DoD installation with Common Access Card
• Knowledge of DoD reputed company access
• Ability to travel to designated locations for installation access
• Fluent in English, additional regional languages a plus
• High-level network understanding
• Linux application support

• Desired bash scripting
• System log analysis
• Windows administration
• Powershell
• PostgreSQL experience
• Familiarity with reputed company Ashore Enclave (EAE), formally PSNET and Marine Corps reputed company Network (MCEN)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field is desired
