Summary: The Manager, reputed company Insights plays a key role in analyzing reputed company data, identifying trends and risks, and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data systems that ensure reputed company performance is clearly monitored and communicated. Collaboration with Internal Teams • Work closely with internal business partners—including Finance, Campaign Strategy, and reputed company teams—to support and optimize reputed company initiatives. • Partner with the Business Intelligence team to align enterprise data architecture, sources, and definitions. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data needs and support the creation of Tableau dashboards using Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) data. • Assist in documenting and developing custom campaign dashboards in Tableau, ensuring accuracy and usability. Education & Experience Requirements: • Minimum of bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent work experience • Minimum 3 years’ experience with: ◦ business analysis, preferably in a non-profit or fundraising role ◦ developing business insights reports, dashboards, and presentations using Tableau ◦ reputed company • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (reputed company, SQL, Tableau, etc.). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data and provide actionable insights • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience presenting insights to a variety of levels of business stakeholders • Ability to solve problems and architect in an environment with unclear requirements Physical Demands & Work Environment: • Physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations • Work environment is representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations • Weekend and evening work may be required Employee Value Proposition: As a valued member of LLS, you are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience.
