The role
As a Senior Product Manager for our Virtual Data Room (VDR), you'll reputed company the development of powerful reporting and insights tools that play a pivotal role in high-stakes M&A transactions.
Your mission? To reputed company investment professionals, lawyers, and executives with smart, clear, and actionable information about their projects, helping them spot red flags faster, accelerate due diligence, and reputed company confident reputed company.
You'll drive the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, building AI-enhanced, reputed company solutions that don’t just deliver insights – they drive deal outcomes and business reputed company.

What you will do
Define and execute product reputed company and strategy for reporting and insights inside the VDR in alignment with overall product strategy and company reputed company
Research user behavior, industry trends, and market needs to identify new opportunities
Validate reputed company through structured discovery: user interviews, data analysis, experiments, and stakeholder input
Define and communicate product requirements through PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design teams in delivering quality solutions
Collaborate with engineers, designers, UX writers, and data analysts reputed company cross-functional product teams to co-create and deliver high-quality solutions
Contribute to GTM strategy and work with the content team to reputed company launch plans, positioning, and messaging that drive product adoption and market reputed company

What you bring
3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or reputed company environments

Proven experience across the full product lifecycle – from discovery to post-release iteration

Ability to turn industry and market trends into clear product strategies

Familiarity with Scrum or other agile-based frameworks
